Description:

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading and award winning law firm based Stafford.
This role will offer you a varied caseload including dealing with sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
