• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
• Investigating title, handling legal queries, preparing documents, and managing exchanges and completions
• Advising clients on legal matters related to their property transactions
• Communicating professionally with clients, agents, brokers and lenders throughout each transaction
• Using a modern case management system to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
