I am currently working with a reputable full service Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their lively and vibrant team in Portsmouth.

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, etc.
• To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis.
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
• To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
