CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar residential property role
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proficient in using case management systems
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion. The work includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
You’ll join a friendly and experienced team with excellent administrative and IT support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, and managing enquiries
• Conducting searches, managing exchange and completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and legal counterparts
• Handling SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Ensuring compliance with CQS, SRA, and AML standards
• Keeping accurate records using the firm’s case management software
