We’re now looking for a confident and experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to join our highly successful Hereford team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and client-focused professional to manage high-value transactions, contribute to business development, and play a key role in team leadership.

• Transactional Expertise: Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and voluntary first registrations.
• Client Service Excellence: Deliver a seamless and personalised client experience, upholding the highest professional standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to junior members of the team, promoting a collaborative, confident, and high-performing environment.
• Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with local agents and contacts in Hereford. Identify opportunities for internal and external referrals, and actively participate in BD initiatives.
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with changes in residential property law, and share knowledge and insights across the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Private Wealth team to deliver a fully integrated and comprehensive service to clients.
