THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a talented and ambitious property law specialist to join their growing Residential Property team.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload covering a broad range of residential property matters, including purchases, sales, and refinancing. You will play a key role in the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service while contributing to the department’s ongoing growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling Help to Buy (HTB) and other equity mortgages, including HTB ISAs, Lifetime ISAs, and HTB redemptions.
• Managing leasehold transactions, including shared ownership properties.
• Dealing with right-to-buy transactions and investment properties, including HMO purchases and purchases by corporate bodies.
• Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and probate sales.
• Advising on declarations of trust and working with unregistered land.
• Managing transactions involving restrictions and the Building Safety Act.
• Ensuring compliance with the CQS scheme and all necessary accreditation requirements.
