THE ROLE

• Manage and progress a varied residential property caseload with appropriate supervision and growing autonomy.
• Advise clients on sales, purchases, leases, re-financing, and bespoke residential matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and supportive advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver an integrated client service.
• Contribute to business development and raise the profile of the firm locally.
