A well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for quality and community focus is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing Conveyancing Department.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the firm’s Midsomer Norton office, ideally located for commuters from across Somerset and Wiltshire. Ample on-site parking is available.

This opportunity offers a varied caseload of residential property work, supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of a transaction. The successful candidate will manage their own files, acting with autonomy and providing a high level of client service.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling residential transactions from instruction to post-completion
• Advising on freehold, leasehold, and new build properties
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
• Using a case management system and working as part of a collaborative team
