We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional conveyancing services in line with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review contract packs, conduct detailed title investigations, and raise relevant enquiries.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals, maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee SDLT returns and post-completion registrations, including leasehold transactions.
• Mentor and supervise conveyancing assistants, supporting their development and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Uphold the firm’s high standards on compliance, risk management, and confidentiality.
• Actively contribute to business growth by building relationships with estate agents and identifying opportunities to cross-sell services.
