JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Oversee the conveyancing process for residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
• Provide clients with expert advice on property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
