Key responsibilities: Manage own caseload of mixed residential property matters from start to completion. Prepare accurate documentation and correspondence, manage case files and undertake regular reporting as required. Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear, professional, and timely information flow throughout service delivery. Carry out legal or process research and assist with reviewing and preparing reports or summaries as instructed. Comply with all relevant regulatory, quality, and internal standards and protocols, including GDPR, AML, SRA, or industry-specific guidelines. Proactively resolve queries, escalate issues appropriately. Skills and experience: At least 3 years experience independently managing own caseload as a fee earner. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, showing professionalism and empathy in every client or team interaction. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all work undertaken. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn, adapt, and support team objectives.
