JOB OVERVIEW

EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with clients and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and property searches.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties, including title investigations and compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on the legal aspects of property transactions, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices are followed throughout the conveyancing process.
