We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process for residential properties, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to organise and manage time effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Handling registered and unregistered files, as well as dealing with land registry requisitions.
  • Compiling complex completion statements and drafted contract documentation.
  • Checking contract papers and searches in addition to raising enquiries.
  • Proficient in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Dealing with post completion matters and checking titles.
  • Handling re-mortgages/transfers/right-to-buys and buy-to-lets.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships.
  • Effective time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
