We’re looking for a proactive, skilled Conveyancer with a passion for delivering excellent client service. Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload.
• Strong IT literacy, including experience with case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, both written and verbal.
• A proven track record of working to targets and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Achieving 60 completions per quarter could see you earning an average of £2,100 in bonuses for a modest caseload.

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients and third parties, managing residential conveyancing matters with expertise and professionalism. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where you’ll have access to dedicated support, including onboarding assistance and specialist post-completion teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of 40–100 files, depending on experience.
• Overseeing the sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions.
• Providing guidance and support to team members with their caseloads.
• Meeting completion targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
