ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR, CONVEYANCING – THATCHAM

My client is looking for an experienced Associate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their established and successful Conveyancing team in their Thatcham office. This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for someone with 5+ years PQE in residential property law, capable of managing a diverse and complex caseload.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring timely and efficient progress for each case.
• Attend business networking events, actively promoting the firm and seeking new business opportunities to build and develop strong client relationships.
• Provide personalised legal services, offering clear and effective communication throughout the legal process, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless service and maintain high standards of client care.
• Take a proactive approach to business development, with the ability to generate your own pipeline and network effectively.
