  Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor or Residential Property Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their market-leading residential property conveyancing department in Coventry.
  This is your opportunity to join a well-established and continually growing Property team and deal with high-quality and High-Value Residential Conveyancing transactions.
  You’ll be joining a modern and dynamic Residential Property team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners and you’ll have full support from legal assistants within the department to ensure that you can always provide the highest level of service to your clients.

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be:

• Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
• Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction.
• Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents.
