SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and communication.
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing law
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • IT literate with the ability to adapt to new software systems as required.
  • Work effectively on own as well as with other team members
Responsibilities
  • Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues.
  • Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client’s individual needs.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Provide clients with clear advice on their rights and responsibilities during the transaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload as delegated by the work allocation team.
  • Provide excellent client service to ensure the values of the firm are being always represented.
