Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, Sevenoaks - £25,000 - £30,000
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a dynamic and supportive firm where you can develop your career? This highly regarded, multi-office law firm is seeking a personable and proactive paralegal to join its busy property team.
The Role:

Supporting a fee earner in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a variety of residential conveyancing tasks, including:

  • Onboarding new clients and managing initial correspondence
  • Drafting and sending letters of instruction
  • Preparing and issuing draft contract packs
  • Drafting AP1s and TR1s
  • Requesting and reviewing property searches
  • Handling Land Registry and SDLT submissions
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries and ensuring smooth transaction progress
  • Preparing and sending requisition statements

About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • At least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Experience using a case management system
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
