Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Manchester based office. Within this role, you will be supporting on a broad caseload of matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Leasehold/freehold matters
• Remortgage
• Equity release
• Joint ownership
• Landlord and tenant matters

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within Residential Property law, can work well as a team, is detail orientated, has excellent client care and communication skills and is passionate about all they do.
