My client, a well-established and respected local law firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal to join their professional team in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where delivering outstanding client care is a top priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to residential conveyancing fee earners.
  • Assist with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including shared ownership work.
  • Manage client communications via telephone, email, and face-to-face contact, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Open and maintain client files with great attention to detail.
  • Use case management systems to ensure smooth workflow and case progression.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients post-exchange, ensuring excellent client service.
