My client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to lead a new Residential Conveyancing team in their Reading office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with 10+ years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow the firm’s presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years PQE with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven track record in business development and networking.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and strengthen client and agent relationships.
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives to expand the firm’s market presence.
• Work collaboratively to enhance the firm’s reputation in the region.
