WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and developing the Residential Property team in the Haverfordwest office
• Managing a caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and more)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and referral sources
• Contributing to business development strategy and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with senior management to help drive departmental success and firm-wide initiatives
