You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. This includes:

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and Land Registry applications
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
