You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Residential Property team in Cambridge and assist in the delivery of residential property legal services to our clients.
You will have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You can expect to:
- Managing your own caseload with support from the Partners and the wider team
- Conduct meetings and interviews with clients
- Assess legal issues and advise accordingly
- Advise on costs
- Conduct legal research
- Draft documents and letters and maintain files
- Deal with financial aspects
- Assist with the development of long term client relationships
- Attend business development activities on behalf of the team and on behalf of the firm
- Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
- Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients
