WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be a qualified or part qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with at least 2 years’ experience in residential property law. However, we also welcome applications from newly qualified candidates with relevant experience and a strong interest in property law.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience managing or assisting with residential property transactions
  • A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • The ability to manage a caseload or support one effectively
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
  • A proactive, relationship-focused approach to client service
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Residential Property team in Norwich. Whether you’re newly qualified or bring several years of experience, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll work closely with our experienced team and partners to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll take ownership of your caseload and be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:

  • Managing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Meeting and advising clients on legal matters
  • Providing clear guidance on costs and legal issues
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents
  • Handling financial elements of transactions
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Representing the firm at business development events
  • Developing referral relationships with estate agents
  • Promoting the firm’s full range of legal services
