You will arrive to a ready-made caseload and should be able to deal with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. Ideally you will have some PQE but strong NQ’s will also be considered.
This team is exceptionally supportive and has a very high staff-retention rate. The work is good quality with repeat instructions from a loyal local client base and the firm having a good local reputation.
You should have good IT and case management experience and be confident dealing with clients and building lasting relationships.
