I am currently working with a leading National law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer or established Fee Earner to join their lively Evesham office.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual, ideally with 2PQE+. However, all levels are encouraged to apply!

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, to gather necessary documentation.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property-related matters, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
