The FACT program is a statewide system that provides an unlocked, supervised living environment with 24-hour staffing. FACT's model of care is centralized services with a slow transition to community-based services. Services needed to support community reintegration include, but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of the Fact Program Director, the Residential Counselor provides community-based services and monitoring for FACT clients to include judicially committed individuals and mentally disordered offenders. Minimum of one year of mental health experience required. Community-based mental health experience preferred. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Active CPR certification preferred.
