Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Location:  W. What You’ll Do:  Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: * MAP (Medication Administration Program) certificationisrequiredfor this position.Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. * Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. * Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. * Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. * Transport residents to appointments and community activities. * Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. * Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation. What You Bring: * High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. * Valid driver’s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.). * Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency. * Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care. * Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
