Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Location: W. What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: * MAP (Medication Administration Program) certificationisrequiredfor this position.Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. * Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. * Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. * Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. * Transport residents to appointments and community activities. * Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. * Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation. What You Bring: * High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. * Valid driver’s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.). * Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency. * Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care. * Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitative support to adults in group living environments by teaching daily living skills and implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and transporting residents to community activities.
