Job Details Job Location: Hassell CILA - Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.75 - $20.75 Hourly Residential Counselor – CILA Hassell A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities. Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Hours: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm (37.5hrs) Pay: $20.75/hr + Paid Training! Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
