Job Details Job Location: Woodside CILA - Woodstock, IL 60098 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $21.35 - $21.35 Hourly Residential Counselor – CILA Woodside A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities. Location: Woodstock, IL Hours: Part-Time Schedule: Saturday 10am - Sunday 11am (25hrs) Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training! Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
