Job Details Job Location: Woodside CILA - Woodstock, IL 60098 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $21.35 - $21.35 Hourly Residential Counselor – CILA Woodside A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities. Location: Woodstock, IL Hours: Part-Time Schedule: Saturday 10am - Sunday 11am (25hrs) Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training! Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day. Responsibilities

The Residential Counselor is responsible for providing active treatment to clients and assisting them with daily living activities. This includes training in personal hygiene, feeding, housekeeping, and participation in social and recreational activities.
