We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. Location: London, W2 Annual Salary: £29,500 (Rising to £30,596 after probation) Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm What You'll Be Doing: Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable. Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience. What You'll Bring: Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care. Responsibilities

The Concierge will be responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and visitors, handling queries, and managing maintenance requests. Key duties also include conducting security checks, monitoring CCTV, managing resident deliveries, and ensuring the presentation of the concierge area.
