RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (HUMAN SERVICES) Full-Time | $25/hour | Benefits Eligible Location: Washington / Union / Sullivan, MO POSITION OVERVIEW ABiLITY is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee staff and services in residential homes providing 24-hour supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for staff supervision, service quality, and day-to-day program operations while ensuring health, safety, and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise, coach, and support direct support professionals * Oversee health, safety, and quality of services for individuals supported * Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and documentation * Maintain accurate individual and agency records * Provide leadership coverage, including rotating on-call responsibilities * Promote a respectful, inclusive, and person-centered culture SCHEDULE * Full-time, flexible schedule based on program needs * Evening and weekend availability required * On-call rotation included COMPENSATION * Starting pay: $25.00 per hour QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field OR * Five (5) or more years of verified experience in the human services field * Supervisory or leadership experience preferred * Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred * Experience as a DSP, Residential Manager, Program Manager, Case Manager, or Supervisor in human services is strongly valued * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications REQUIRED / SUPPORTED CERTIFICATIONS * CPR / First Aid * Non-Violent Crisis Intervention * Medication Aide (Company-supported training available) BENEFITS (FULL-TIME – ELIGIBLE AFTER A 60 DAY WAITING PERIOD) * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Insurance * $25,000 employer-paid Life/AD&D insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Vacation and sick time accrual starting day one * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition reimbursement & professional development * Refer-a-Friend bonus program WHY WORK AT ABILITY ABiLITY supports its leaders with training, collaboration, and resources.
