Enjoy career advancement opportunities and the potential to earn six figures with unlimited commission!   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Explore and Conquer: Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs to sell Ezee Fiber High-Speed Internet door-to-door. • Seal the Deal: Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads. • Exceed Expectations: Meet and exceed monthly high-speed internet sales and revenue quotas using a consultative sales process. • Engage and Impress: Deliver compelling sales presentations on products and services that meet the customer’s needs. • Be the Face of Ezee Fiber: Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Ezee Fiber in the marketplace. • Stay Ahead: Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Ezee Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory. • Team Player: Participate in all sales meetings and training programs, as assigned. • Community Involvement: Engage in activities and events that promote Ezee Fiber products and services, as necessary. • Network and Build Relationships: Meet with assigned HOA/POAs and Home Builders in your territory, as needed. • Be Prepared: Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field. • Adapt and Excel: Other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS  • Reliable and Ready: Must have reliable transportation to the field and a safe driving record. • Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work independently. • Communicator Extraordinaire: Must possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Organized and Efficient: Must be highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders. • Adaptable and Resilient: Must be able to adapt to a changing environment. • Multitasker: Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Preferred but Not Required: Work experience in telecommunication sales is highly preferred but not necessary. o Bilingual Advantage: Bilingual Spanish desired but not required. o Sales Enthusiast: Sales experience is a plus but not required.   FIELD AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The field and environmental requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind.  Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds as needed. Tolerate exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and uneven or slippery surfaces.
