Description

We are hiring a Residential Drywall Site Supervisor for your dynamic Calgary based drywall company. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving to sites (in Calgary and surrounding areas) to complete site measures,
  • supervise the sites, and
  • check on subtrades.
  • The supervisor is responsible for keeping the Field Manager informed of any deviations from the schedule, quality control issues, and site conditions.

This job is ALL about communication, both written, and verbal. You are the intermediary between the customers and the subtrades.

The successful canidate MUST have:

  • A clean driving record
  • RESIDENTIAL construction supervision experience (drywall specific is an asset)
  • Good professional communication
  • Ability to have difficult conversations respectfully
  • Ability to self manage time and be efficient
  • General knowledge and understanding of apps/computers/smart phones is an asset.
