OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and service work, with the ability to work independently. This role requires expertise in residential electrical work, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role in a residential environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and low voltage applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site.
• Certification or license as required by state or local regulations is preferred.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality.
• Work on low voltage systems as needed, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
