Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON.

Do you thrive on working closely with other professionals, including construction managers, planners, and design teams? As our next Residential Estimator, you’ll work with a top-tier team to plan, execute, and deliver top-quality residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.

• Assist in preparing quotations for all Residential projects. This includes but is not limited to: flagstone, paving stones, water features, and planting horticulture.
• Work directly with our residential department, the President, and collaborate with other Estimators, Superintendents, and more.
• Keep things moving—manage timelines, coordinate trades, and stay on top of budgets.
• Set up new projects and make sure every kick-off meeting starts strong.
• Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality work and happy clients.
• Be the go-to contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify issues early and act fast to keep things on track.
• Track project progress and costs to ensure we finish on time and on budget.
