The University of Worcester is home to nearly 10,000 students and offers around 1,000 bed spaces across University Managed Accommodation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our growing Residential & Commercial Services team in a varied and rewarding role that directly enhances the student experience.

As a key member of the Accommodation Team, you will:

• Promote University Managed Accommodation to prospective students, offering advice and support from application through to move-in and beyond.
• Act as the lead operational contact for the Accommodation Team, working closely with colleagues across university departments to support student wellbeing, satisfaction, and retention.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver key university events linked to accommodation, including open days, webinars, welcome events, and student arrivals and departures. You will take a lead role in logistics, staffing, set-up, and delivery.
• Recruit, train, and manage the Residential Life Team and student staff, providing strong leadership throughout the academic year.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Accommodation Hub, ensuring students have a central, supportive resource during their stay.
