JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring that homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.

• Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order, reporting any needs for replenishment.
