Description Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. (C-NTA) is hiring several Residential House Managers to join our growing team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their group home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience who is ready to step into a leadership role—providing structure, support, and guidance to both the individuals we serve and the DSPs who care for them. What You’ll Do Support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals, building daily living skills, and being active in their communities. Serve as the first-line supervisor for DSPs by training, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring they meet C-NTA’s expectations for quality and professionalism. Manage daily operations of a residential group home to ensure a safe, stable, and person-centered environment. Create staff schedules and ensure staffing levels meet required ratios. Work in ratio as needed to ensure state-required staffing levels are met. Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to emergencies, and providing guidance to staff while setting healthy boundaries for appropriate on-call usage. Complete routine audits, checklists, and inspections to ensure the group home remains licensing-ready at all times. Oversee medical appointment coordination, accompany individuals to appointments, and ensure all medical documentation is submitted within required timeframes. Submit required documentation and monitor their team’s documentation to ensure timeliness and quality of all daily notes. Support new hires through shadow shifts and follow-up coaching to ensure they are confident and properly trained. Collaborate with the residential office management team to address concerns, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality. DSP experience (3 years preferred) with knowledge of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities An ability to?pass background checks, physical, and drug screening?which C-NTA?pays for you.? Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and model professionalism for the team. Ability to obtain the Medication Practicum Observer Certification within 6 months of hire.
