Learn more: www.envisionunlimited.org What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of a mental health residential home Ensure quality care & compliance (Rule 115, Medicaid documentation) Supervise staff performance & documentation Support clients with meals, activities, finances, and community outings Maintain logs (attendance, meds, safety) and report issues Assist with client intake, discharge planning, and benefits coordination Respond to crises and complete incident reports Support staff scheduling and house coverage Requirements The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
