We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance and Cleaning Technician for HVAC systems to join our teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• NADCA certification (Desirable).
• Above all, possess a pleasant personality and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide impeccable customer service.
• Autonomy.
• Manual work skills.
• Comfortable working on ladders.
• English

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
• Customer service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license (proof required annually).
• Outstanding customer service.

• Advise clients on the basic use and maintenance of their system.
• Clean ventilation system ducts.
• Clean HVAC wall systems (air conditioning, heat pump) in our residential and commercial clients’ premises.
• Properly use cleaning/sanitizing equipment and products.
