Position Summary The Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC systems, with occasional work in light commercial environments. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency and comfort. Occasionally assist with light commercial installations or service calls. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, clients, and management. Document service activities and maintain organized job records. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation and service experience. Experience in light commercial systems is a plus. EPA Certification (Universal preferred). Valid driver’s license in good standing – required. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
