Job Summary Carolina Heating is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company in customers’ homes—performing routine maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs, and delivering top-notch service with professionalism and care. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and building trust with homeowners, this is a great fit. What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems Inspect HVAC units for performance, safety, and efficiency Clean, adjust, and tune-up systems to ensure optimal operation Identify worn or failing components and recommend solutions Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and service options Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment Represent Carolina Heating with integrity and a customer-first attitude What You Bring 2+ years of residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Ability to troubleshoot and identify maintenance needs Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Why Join Carolina Heating?
