This is a full-time, onsite role based in Longview, TX. What You’ll Do Meet with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs Design and recommend customized heating and cooling solutions Prepare and present clear, professional proposals and estimates Close sales and manage projects from initial consultation to completion Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business Stay current on HVAC products, technology, and industry trends Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We’re Looking For Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of residential HVAC sales or in-home sales experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at once Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred: Experience reading blueprints or technical documents Light commercial sales experience Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or estimating software Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $60,000 (based on experience) On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000+ Uncapped earning potential Full Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance & hospital indemnity coverage 401(k) with up to 4% company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off + holidays Ongoing training and professional development Why Join East Texas Refrigeration (ETR)?
