The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. White Heating's team of highly skilled, well-trained technicians is equipped to handle the full range of residential heating and air conditioning needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. * Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. * Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. * Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. * Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. * Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
