Residential Group Home Supervisor / House Manager Position  $23.00 / Hour We are looking for an experienced Residential House Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a residential home.  The Residential House Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring that the home is maintained and managed according to the highest standards. Responsibilities would include:      Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Team members.      Supervise staff and ensure they are performing their duties in a timely and professional       manner.      Manage the budgets and finances for the home and develope strategies to reduce costs      Schedule and coordinate events at the home, such as parties and other special occasions      Ensure home is clean and properly maintained      Maintain and update records for the home, such as maintenance logs and inventory lists      Handle  administrative requests in a timely manner      Implementing the ISP's as written, coordinating and completing assessments.      Facilitating regulatory requirements for ODP licensed homes      Required to be weekly on call for your required home, and weekend on call rotations       as needed      Other related tasks as per ODP compliance. Required: 2 years work experience working as a House Manager / Team Leader, Residential Manager in the IDD Field. Requirements: 1.  Have a valid Driver's License. 2.  Must pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks. 3.  Must completed initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation. 4.  Must have a Physical and TB test completed upon hire. 5.  Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
