Are you keen to be part of the growing innovation in the delivery of At-home services and support the development of care for residents in their homes? Then this role is for you.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate nurse leader to join our team. Reporting to the newly established At-home program manager, this role will lead and manage the Residential In-reach Service for Barwon Health.
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Residential In-Reach service, ensuring high quality care within applicable financial frameworks, budgetary constraints, quality standards and legislative requirements.
