Our client, a leading international manufacturer of Lighting Controls and Automated window treatment, is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to drive business growth in the UK residential market.
As a vital member of our UK Residential Sales Team, you’ll champion Lutron’s innovative lighting, shading, and control solutions, delivering extraordinary experiences to luxury residential spaces.
In this role, you’ll nurture relationships with key accounts, including architects, interior designers, builders, and developers, while collaborating with our dealer network to ensure their first choice for intelligent residential solutions. Your expertise will expand markets, cultivate new opportunities, and position as the leader in luxury lighting and control.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand relationships with architects, designers and dealers.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the high-end residential market
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • As a vital member of our UK Residential Sales Team, you’ll champion Lutron’s innovative lighting, shading, and control solutions, delivering extraordinary experiences to luxury residential spaces.
  • Assist assigned accounts with developing and executing strategy for closing projects
  • Prepare and present customer and influencer sales trainings, including CPDs and new product launches Participate in local trade associations for influencers and attend relevant networking events
  • Proactively initiate and execute new strategies to enable market growth
