• Leading a team of 3–5 crew members on custom residential projects.
• Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring top-notch workmanship.
• Driving a company truck and trailer with confidence.
• Installing natural stone (flagstone, armour), interlock pavers, precast retaining walls, and more.
• Getting hands-on: planting, digging, soil placement, and layout.
• Meeting with subcontractors and keeping projects on time, on budget, and looking sharp.
